Description

Vestibule enlargement – Modifications required to the existing vestibule to comply with current accessibility standards. The existing vestibule does not meet the standards and requires enlargement to accommodate an employee using a powered wheelchair. A consultant is required to review and confirm that the suggested layout meets the accessibility standards. Commissionaire’s will need to be present with all work taking place after hours. The consultant inspection is to be done during working hours and a tenant employee will be available to escort.

All work must be completed by February 26, 2027
