All individual attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protection Equipment (PPE)
All Covid-19 Guidelines must be followed.
Bidders are advised that there will be an OPTIONAL site visit to be held on the date and times specified within the item 2.6.15. A maximum of two representatives of each Bidder, or its authorized representative or authorized representatives, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS representative at the 19 Lisgar, Sudbury, ON in the main lobby. Bidders are advised that they must preregister via email, and on behalf of their authorized representative or their authorized representatives including sub-contractors, to the procurement specialist named in this ITT by the date indicated in item 2.6.15 to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s representative(s) being refused access to the site. For mandatory site visits, Bidders are only required to attend one scheduled site visit to be eligible to bid. Bidders will be notified of any changes to the date of the site visit by Addenda. Bidders cannot use a representative from another Bidder as its authorized representative to attend the site visit.
