Description

Work will take place in 4 seperate Buildings primarly but not limited to Building 6,7,8 and 9 penthouse at 3500 Carling Avenue Carling Campus, Ottawa, Ontario Canada.
Description of work: Add and or replace Pipe labels on all specified piping as per plans and specifications supplied. Tender Drawings consist of 89 Drawings and are available to view using a drop Box link that is listed within our Stipulated Price Bid Document on page 17.

All Respondents interested in participating in this tender requirement are to register in advance by returning the document Ellis Don Site Access Pre-Registration Form by February 6, 2017 before 2:00 pm. Email a completed version of the form to procurement.carlingtunneys@brookfieldgis.com.

Each firm will be limited to a maximum allocation of two attendees for this showing. Minimum Reliability is required to access the construction site. Escorting of un-cleared personnel is NOT permitted.
Firms failing to pre-register within the stipulated time frame may not be granted access to the site on the date of the job showing and therefore not able to submit a compliant bid.

Respondents who have pre-registered may attend a mandatory site meeting. Respondents are to meet Sandra Leclair at 3500 Carling Avenue - Ellis Don Security Trailer -Building 7 Entrance - Next to Parking lot F. Bidders will require government issued photo ID to sign in with security and to sign the mandatory Site Visit Attendance Sheet.
Only pre-registered personnel will be granted access.
The following PPE must be worn to attend the job showing:
1. Hard hat
2. Safety glasses
3. 6 inch high steal toe boots ( Green triangle tag)
4. High visibility safety vest
5. Long pants and sleaved shirt no dresses/shorts
6. No cut off shirts
