Description

During a high volume rain event in the summer of 2016, water was able to penetrate the South Tower basement via the Ottawa Hydro main electrical feeds. These feeds are located inside the Laurier bridge structure and an initial investigation points to failures in the conduit. The source of the water is still unidentified.
