All individual attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protection Equipment (PPE)
Bidders are advised that there will be an OPTIONAL site visit to be held on the date and times specified within the item 2.6.15. A maximum of 2 representatives of each Bidder, or its authorized representatives, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS representative at the RCMP K DIVISION 11140 109 ST. NW Edmonton, Alberta. *Bidders are advised that they must preregister via email to denise.sandulak@bgis.com, and on behalf of their authorized representative or their authorized representatives including sub-contractors, to the procurement specialist named in this ITT by the date indicated in item 2.6.15 to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s representative(s) being refused access to the site.* BGIS will contact all Bidders that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times. For mandatory site visits, Bidders are only required to attend one scheduled site visit to be eligible to bid. Bidders will be notified of any changes to the date of the site visit by Addenda. Bidders cannot use a representative from another Bidder as its authorized representative to attend the site visit
