Event Note

Attendees will meet the BGIS representative at 15 Eddy St, Gatineau, QC, security sign-in desk room 143. For mandatory site visits, Bidders are only required to attend one scheduled site visit to be eligible to bid. Bidders will be notified of any changes to the date of the site visit by Addenda. Bidders cannot use a representative from another Bidder as its authorized representative to attend the site visit.
All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as: safety shoes/boots, safety vests, hard hats, etc. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site.
Failure of a Bidder to attend a mandatory Site Visit, properly register, sign the BGIS Site Visit Sign-In Sheet and remain present for the duration of the Site Visit will entitle BGIS in its sole discretion to reject such Bidder’s Bid.
