Statement of Work/Overview:

GOC417966 – Install Handrail Around RTU
Supply and install a new non-intrusive, freestanding, counterweight, maintenance-free guard rail on
rooftop around existing Rooftop Units per Plans and Specifications prepared by John R. Hamalainen
Engineering Ltd. Guard rail to meet all applicable NBC, COSHA, and MOL regulations and requirements.
Work can be completed during regular business hours.

GOC418011 – Ramp Repairs
Repair existing ramp surface including repair and resetting of stone capping / cladding as required.
Refurbish and reinstall existing freestanding handrail/guardrail system complete with new anchorage.
Fabricate and install new stainless steel handrail to match existing complete with drainage as identified in
Plans and Specifications prepared by John R. Hamalainen Engineering Ltd.
