Statement of Work/Overview:
The purpose of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) is for Brookfield Global Integrated Solutions (“owner”), to obtain offers from interested and qualified construction professionals to perform the work as outlined below.
Work under this 6 Year Contract includes ‘De-Energized’ Electrical Maintenance Inspection work at the
above locations.
 
Refer to specification Section 011100 – Summary of Work.

Addendum #2
Tender has been extended as follows:
Refer to 5. RFQ Schedule as listed in the Request for Quotation. Remove Closing Time and Date: 2:00 PM  ET, Thursday March 2, 2017 and Replace with Closing Time and Date: 2:00 PM ET, Monday March 6, 2017.

The following dates have been identified for completing the scope of work:
Anticipated award date:                               May 1, 2017
Anticipated project start date:                    May 15, 2017
Anticipated completion date:                      July 31, 2017
 
The following information has been provided from the local utilities and provides part of the contract documents:
25 Peter St, Orillia: Shutdown will be required to be completed during off hours, starting on Sunday morning at 6:00 AM.  Orillia Power will require a PC1 application form completed 2 weeks prior to set isolation date.  The successful contractor will be responsible for notifying the other customers affected by this isolation.  Orillia Power will identify the affected addresses.  A $2400 deposit is required and the unused balance will be returned to the contractor.
 
44 Hurontario St, Collingwood: Estimated cost of $1000 for Collus Powestream to isolate the building
48 Owen St, Barrie: Estimated cost of $1050 for Alectra (Powestream Barrie) to isolate the building.
 
The following information has been provided with respect to the main breakers for the three sites:
44 Hurontario St, Collingwood: 400A Horizon Circuit Breaker  CK400 with STR 25 SP Trip Unit
25 Peter St, Orillia: 800A SQD PG800A Power Pact Circuit Breaker with Micrologic 6.0A Trip Unit
48 Owen St, Barrie: 1000A Siemens SHND6 (691000ANTH) Circuit Breaker with M/N Series (M201) Trip Unit
 
ALL OTHER ITEMS, TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN THE SAME.
