Additional Bidding Instructions

- Bidders must sign and enclose Appendix 5 - Form of Quotation with their submission
- Appendix 3 Security Requirement
Bidders to confirm that they can meet the site specific Security Requirement and have employees Cleared at RCMP Buildings and completed and provide Attachment 6 – Employees Cleared a RCMP Buildings Form.
Bidders must currently have security clearances required and must provide evidence of the clearance and number within five days of the Bid closing.
- Bidders must attend the mandatory site visit.
