GOC556153-CT - Secure DCD Area On A1

1) Enclose 3 openings within the A1 area by installing 3 new doorways/doors/vestibules. 3 new doors are identified on drawing as Door #1, Door #2 & Door# 3. All 3 doors will be used as employee entrances.
 
2) Doors #1, #2 and# 3 will be equipped with IDACS and doors #1 and #2 to be equipped with automatic door openers.
 
3) Enclose 2 wall openings to match existing Hauserman wall panels. See drawing for dimensions and locations of openings.
 
4) Enlarge existing doorway/door at rear of space A1. Identified on drawing as Door #4. Door #4 to be used as a emergency exit only.
 
5) New ceiling and wall signage for exit locations will need to be installed, as well as repositioning some existing ones.
 
6) New Emergency Exit (Door #4) to be installed, existing wall panels to be manipulated to allow for doorway
 
7) Relocate light switches currently in hallway to interior of space.
 
8) Relocate existing duplex outlet and conduit to service new automatic door openers for Door #1 & #2)
 
9.) Install relay in North Electrical Closet to allow manual control of lighting servicing office stations 104 through 109.
