Replace the chiller control board, trigger board and control transformer. Assessment of the monitoring incoming power to the switch board #2 cell and #3 before the three feeder lines F107, F109 and F11 of all three chillers.
The monitoring would be for a period of one month to determine the cause of the electrical failures and
component damages to the chiller panels.
