Description

To provide a full 10 year inspection, flushing, and maintenance routine needs to be carried out on the water based (wet and dry) sprinkler and standpipe systems. A recent annual inspection reported that additional dry sprinkler pendants are required in the basement and attic areas. This building is a Classified Heritage Building; and so, careful and planned working tasks will need to be reviewed; prior to carrying out this inspection and maintenance work.
