Description

Resurface and repair flange and covers at both ends of chiller #1 & #3 condenser so the chillers will close without leaks and water from the heating system will not get mixed with the condensers. This work must be completed in between seasons when the need for cooling is reduced so the complex can be adequately maintained with the other two chillers.
