Consulting Services - Scope of Work & Assumptions/Constraints

Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) is undertaking a major initiative at their 800 Burrard, Vancouver premises. Floors 2 to 19 will be reconfigured, the majority of the reconfigurations will align with the Government of Canada Workplace 2.0 Fit-up Standards.

A Consulting team has been appointed to prepare tender documents, this RFQ seeks to find a proponent that can provide a peer review of the tender documents at 66%, 99% completion as well as a final review prior to tender issue.

The intent of the peer review is for the reviewing team to identify any errors, omissions and/or oversights in the drawings and specifications when reviewed for compliancy against:

• Government of Canada Workplace 2.0 Fit-up Standards
• The current lease
• Any other Government of Canada Standards included in this RFQ
• Applicable Local, Provincial, Federal and Authorities having Jurisdiction statutes bylaws codes and standards
