Description

Statement of Work/Overview:

Inspect 10 fixed ladders (6 external and 4 internal) plus 3 additional ladders (Auditorium, lower to upper roof, elevator room, loading dock – shallow last step) and provide designs to meet current codes & regulations.
Design for rooftop guard rails around 6 open fresh air access pits and allow for safe window cleaning.
Drawing(s) and NMS Spec to complete the work, including seismic requirements if applicable.
Design & construction scope - Class D to pre-tender Class A estimates; Evaluate construction tenders and recommend successful General Contractor (GC); Construction Mgmt to Substantial and Final Completion
