Construction Services

The Contractor shall provide all material and labour that is required for the installation of full length door astragals and pin door hinges as indicated in the included Attachment 07 – Specifications and Drawings issued by the consultant IRC Building Sciences Group. Additional items which are included throughout each project as noted in the specifications in drawings are the installation of security grilles, the replacement of locksets and the replacement of a bi-fold door.
