GOC582306-RFQ - Consultant - repost - Consultancy Services - Design and 10 Year Sprinkler and Standpipe Inspection

Consultant to hire sprinkler contractor to complete a 10 year sprinkler and standpipe inspection, flushing and maintenance routine for the existing system. Sprinkler contractor to assist Consultants to identify any repairs or code compliance issues not part of the 10 year inspection. Consultant to investigate recommended repairs by sprinkler contractor and provide an Investment and Analyst report to provide options and urgency of repairs and in addition, to provide additional dry sprinkler heads for the basement and attic areas for required coverage. Consultant to provide design to complete the recommended repairs and code compliance issues.
This building is a Classified Heritage Building; and so, careful and planned working tasks will need to be reviewed; prior to carrying out this inspection and maintenance work.
