Statement of Work/Overview:
 Asphalt resurfacing complete with sealing and line painting. The area to be resurfaced consists of the
loading dock (within building), driveway, and entrance to the parking garage ramp on the west side of
the property. This area is approximately 4000 sq. ft. Review the condition of the sidewalk surrounding
the asphalt parking area and make recommendation for repair and/or replacement. Consultant to
review condition of existing loading dock bollards, a square drain in the loading dock, a square drain in
the parking area, the trough drain at the end of the parking garage ramp and make recommendation for
repair and/or replacement. Consultant to review location of existing sensors that activate the parking
garage ramp heat trace system and make recommendation to relocate as required.
