Statement of Work/Overview:
Replace existing security system with one integrated, full facility system. Replace existing card access
system throughout building (including elevators) and including closed circuit camera monitoring system
with more capable and modern digital system (e.g.ptz). Replace wiring and equipment to match new
technology. Camera monitoring should give full coverage of exterior doors and sidewalk areas. Ensure
recording equipment has DVD capability, as well software packages that allows printing of reports.
Computer and monitoring equipment is to be located in the security office at 451 Talbot St. Additional
cameras in court yard and parking garage may be necessary for full building coverage.
