GOC417161 - Consultant - Glycol Replacement - Heating Loop

The glycol system is contaminated due to a mixture of glycol and additives added in previous years. Current staff and contractors can’t verify what type of glycol is currently in place. A complete drain and flush of the system is required along with cleanup of the current system. The cleanup should be done in coordination of weather and operation of the building. A review of base building and quantity of the system requirements should be completed prior to a full replacement.
