Statement of Work/Overview:

Interior and Exterior Lighting Retrofit to LED lighting as identified in the 2016‐17 Energy Audit. Interior
testing and replacement bulbs to be undertaken prior to full replacement to ensure compatibility with
current ballasts and light intensity and colour is suitable for office application. Refer to Appendix
4 Requirements Document for BGIS Energy Manager Requirements that are mandatory for this project.
