GOC754169-CS - Floor Drain Replacement - Basement Mechanical Room 4

Remove and replace old floor drains as required and install new drainage plumbing under existing concrete floor on grade.  Ensure that any potential basement flooding in the future can be effectively drained and not permitted to acculmulate. All options should be considered (including but limited to; new floor drains and piping, resurfacing and levelling of floor to provide slope to drains. Six (6) drains are currently existing.
