To convert existing copy room into a kitchenette. 1.) Install basin and hardware for kitchen sink in existing countertop (replace existing countertop if required / Provide waterproofing measures if existing countertop to be used). Installation of new plumbing will require scanning and core drilling to tie into existing sanitary on 5th floor. Ensure compliancy of required plumbing, electrical and life safety requirements 2.) Remove existing carpet (retain whole, undamaged carpet tiles for re-use) and replace with new linoleum (building standard kitchen flooring) to match existing in adjacent small kitchenette.
