GOC604185-CS - Install Fire Damper Access Door Points

This project will install access points for fire dampers with limited access.
Life Safety Code requirement - inspection of fire dampers. NBC and NFPA require that all fire dampers be inspected annually and that fusible links tested/changed every five years. A master fire damper inventory was completed previously and indicates several dampers with no or limited access. Fire Separation Survey Required - Fire Separation Survey is to Identify the building’s fire separations and what fire dampers exist and what fire dampers are required by code for the building.
