Description

Repairs to the exterior envelope due to age and as per BECI. Replace caulking on the exterior of the building using the latest exterior cladding report. Localized areas of deterioration are present in the precast sills with spalled, chipped and cracked areas. Also to include any caulking around the windows and doors.
