GOC417958-RFP-NEI Consultant - Consultancy Services - Plaster repairs to interior main stairwell

Statement of Work/Overview:
This project is to address the repairs and upgrades to all doors and emergency exit signs, as there are currently code compliance issues. As the first floor has been vacant for several years, an emergency tenant fit up in winter 2017 presented issues that need to be addressed. Temporary solutions have been completed, as this tenant needed to be functional in a very short timeframe. All areas of egress must be investigated, to ensure proper safe fire evacuation routes are available.
