Statement of Work/Overview:
A request has been made by Public Works of Canada to address the ventilation fans within the Federal Office Building of Canada located at 1050 Notre Dame Ave., Sudbury, ON.

Scope of work includes but not limited to:

Replace ventilation fans on kitchen exhaust E-13, E-7 and kitchen heat recovery ventilator HVR-1 (as well as V1, as they are interlocked by code). E-13 and E-7 are also connected to UV lights. Replace ventilation fan on toilet exhsut fan E-1, E-2, E-3.

Clarification:
Bidders are reminded to review ALL tender documentation including Drawings and Mechanical & Electrical
Specifications. All pertinent information, including equipment specifications are provided in the full
package, (i.e. 23 21 23, 23 57 00, 23 73 11) for full understanding of project requirements and
expectations.
