GOC595103 - Consultant - LED Exit Signs Upgrade

Upgrade existing exit lighting signage to LED Running Man style. Perform an inventory of existing LED exit signs including location, style, voltage, and direction indication. Investigate changing to an LED running man style sign.
Patch and repaint all ceiling and wall finishes where old signs have been removed within main building and throughout the 3 duplexes. Review applicable code and ensure that the current building layout will be up to code to meet the requirement for international signage – Running Man style and LED for energy savings, and report findings and recommendations on the IAR.
