Description

Replacement of existing fixtures with high-efficiency faucets and flush valves in all washrooms in the Main Building and the Lab Building. In addition, replacement of the water closet and urinal to high-efficiency fixtures with low water flush valves has been identified in the Energy Audit completed by BGIS in 2016-17. Energy Audit available to the successful bidder. The drain and plumbing system is orginal to the site, there have been leaks/floods in the last few years, consultant to review conditions and propose if they require replacing.
This project along with GOC694170 will be awarded to the consultant with the lowest combined price.
