Statement of Work/Overview:
The  main  cooling  system  consists  of  three  roof  top  units.   Two  Engineered  Air  cooling  only  units  are  fitted with fresh air economizers, exhaust dampers, mixing plenum, filter, cooling coil, reheat coil, steam humidification,  supply/return  fans,  and  a  low  pressure  distribution  duct  system.   These  units  were  installed in 1991 and are original to the building.  Another York heating and cooling rooftop unit was installed  in  2001.   The  building  HVAC  control  systems  consist  of  a  boiler  control  panel  and  a  timer  control panel.  The system uses electric controllers for start/stop of all the equipment and flow control modulation of the various system components.  
 
The 2001 York RTU1 has a 2 ton cooling capacity, the 1991 EngAir RTU2 has a 10 ton cooling capacity, the  1991  EngAir  RTU2  has  7.5  ton  cooling  capacity.  Consultant  to  review  building  cooling  load  requirements, and considerations to be given for decommissioning the 2001 York RTU1. Consultant to consider reconfiguration of duct runs as required. Consultant to include BAS controls within the scope of work.
