Statement of Work/Overview:
Retrofit washroom fixtures to reduce water consumption. It is recommended that all tank toilets
be replaced with modern 3 [LPF] units to significantly reduce domestic water consumption. Consultant
to evaluate reccomendation within IAR.
 
In addition to toilets, replacing existing bathroom faucet aerators with new ones meeting modern lowflow
standards. Some older faucets may require an adapter to accept the new aerators. Consultant to
evaluate the cost of this measure compared to the expected water and natural gas savings and
make recommendation. Consultant to evaluate utility and cost savings within the IAR. Refer to
Appendix 4, Requirements Document, Energy Requirements for complete scope of work.
 
This Facility has 89 Toilets, 33 Urinals and 122 Bathroom Faucets.
