Description

A request has been made by Public Works of Canada to retrofit the interior (as well as a portion of the exterior) lighting to LED and to install occupancy sensors at the NATIONAL REVENUE building located at 201 May St. N., Thunder Bay ON.
A reputable and qualified electrical consultant is required to undertake an analysis/inventory/lighting calculation of the existing lighting & occupancy sensors' conditions within the facility, as well as provide the design and specifications to retrofit the current fixtures to new LED and replace/install new occupancy sensors to comply with latest applicable Code reqirements. Project is scheduled for Implementation FY2017/18.
Refer to the project's Requirements Document for further scope of services, including detailed requirements for Energy, Commissioning and Environmental aspects of the project.

Site visit is Optional and it is the bidder’s responsibility to be familiar with each assigned facility and their existing site condition prior to bidding.

A building tech for the facility will be available for the site visit.
