GOC375580-CHA-RFQ-Contractor - Contractor Services - Install Drain System in 2 Indoor Garages

Statement of Work/Overview:
 

• Work of this Contract comprises construction of building improvements to two garages located at 211 Archibald Street North Thunder Bay, Ontario. 
• Each of the garages will have a new floor drain installed into the concrete floor.
• Each floor drain will have an integral sediment interceptor that will collect grit and debris. 
• Each floor drain will be individually trapped, vented and connected with a trap seal primer. 
• Each of the garage floors will be cut to fit in the new floor drain and opening re-cemented to ensure a water tight seal. 
• Domestic water lines used for trap seal primers will be insulated and indentified.
