GOC373714-CS - Repair Penthouse Stucco

Statement of Work/Overview:
There are 6 penthouses on the main roof area and one on the rear lower roof. These penthouses have a sand stucco finish with block back up. Remove existing stucco and refinish the exterior walls using modern materials but to follow the lines and finishes, the implication of heritage group required.  The consultant will be in charge of reviewing the condition of the following and provide complete bilingual NMS Tender package to repair/replace as required:
• sand finish;
• sealing and caulking of all Mechanical & electrical openings/ penetrations and flashings;
• any other damages to the walls that could have resulted of water infiltration or that would prevent the proper application of the sand finish.
The consultant will need to provide details on all locations to be sealed and on all flashing required.
