GOC375755-RFQ-LI - Consulting - Consultant - Elevator Modernization & Repairs 1,2 ,3 and Freight

This project encompasses 2 parts, an elevator modernization scope of work and a repair scope of work.
Modernization for Elevator 1, 2,and 3 (TSSA #10844, TSSA# 18045 & TSSA# 10851):
Update elevator's and remodel with new. Modernization of a new micro-processor based controller, power units, the replacement of the hoistway wiring and levelling system and new door operators. The review of the Cab interior panels and with provision for card access and upgrade to interior Cab finishes (floors, walls ceilings) if within allowable budget.
Modernization for Lab Freight (TSSA#69893):
Controller, power unit and door operators and interior cab panel should all be upgraded.
Repair: (For Elevator 1, 2, 3, Freight (TSSA#10846) and Lab Freight)
Components for replacement include three (3) Scavenger Pumps for Passenger Elevators 1 & 2 and Large Freight Elevator. All work to be done in Regular time. Three (3) Door Operator System Upgrade for PE1, PE2 and PE3. Door Operator Upgrades for Passenger Elevators 1-3 should include labor to re-re door operators, clutches, all landing door locks, door sensors. Remove existing MAC door operators and related components. Supply new GAL door operators, Landing door interlocks, Door clutches, Gatekeepers. The pit steel components of the Lab Freight elevator was exposed to water and to prevent corrosion scraping, painting is required
