Building is approximately 800 sq. ft. and has been designated a Recognized Federal Heritage Building. Scope of work entails, re-build 2nd floor balcony railing, tuck pointing and chimney repairs, repair and re-paint belvedere and paint entrance steps and ramps. Repairs required to re-rent building as it is currently vacant. The Bentley House is a Recognized Federal Heritage Building and must meet conservation standards.
