GOC374614-CS - Replace Stacks and Breaching

Provide complete design package and  in construction services to replace the stacks and breaching at the end of their service life. There are 5 stacks associated with the heating boilers and steam boilers. They extend through the roof from the boilers in the mechanical penthouse. The stacks should be replaced one at time during the summer when boiler heating is required only for heating domestic hot water. Coordination with the client will have to be arranged as the steam is used for humidification year round.  Preferred construction will be from June to September if there is extended shutdowns required.  Roof access/edge should be looked reviewed to ensure compliance.  Guy wires and supports are to be reviewed.
