Statement of Work/Overview:
Consulting Services.
The project is to upgrade the steps, platform and ramp at Steveston Government of Canada Building as there are evidence of deterioration.

There is currently a wooden ramp for handicap accessibility and wooden entrance platform and stairs. There is a front ramp, including landing and stairs, a west and south ramp.This project would also include an upgrade to the railings.

Please provide a fee for preparation for CAD drawings as per PSPC standards if CAD files are not available for the site under Appendix 2.
Environmental Consultant to be retained to provide intrusive testing of areas affected by the scope of work.

Testing for all hazmat substances.
Additional fees to be provided should abatement work procedures be required should area be found with hazmat substances
