Investigate and provide the required repairs tender documents to ensure the efficient operation of the Compartmental Fans; these items include worn down and out of balance shafts, worn pulleys, and worn motor bearings. These fans provide conditioned and outside air to each of the perimeter and core VAV zones. There are 2 units per floor (east and west) per tower, for a total of 44 units.
