Statement of Work/Overview:
CONSTRUCTION SERVICES

Please refer to the Specifications and Drawings for a more detailed Summary of Work:

Reset existing misaligned flashings at bottom of glass curtain wall.
Repaint and re-caulk metal clad panels at duct chases and two panels on the East elevation.
Reset loose gaskets at the South, East and North elevations.
Modify or replace exit door at the bottom of the duct chase as required.
Repair and paint canopies at the South and North elevations including gutters, supports and wood lattice.
Repaint and recaulk metal panels at duct chases.
