GOC372875-CS - Fixed Ladder Modifications in Mechanical Rooms

To investigate all of the ladders within all of Tower A, C and D mechanical rooms. The ladders need to enable the technicians to reach the high chilled water valves as they are over 10 feet in some places. Consultant to Investigate the possibility of a fixed ladder installed outside, over the skeleton lobby, accessible to the HVAC unit on that roof. Consultant to investigate the installation of a new extension of a platform in G78 that will allow technicians to perform regular maintenance on HVAC equipment. Consultant to prepare I&R report which will include recommendations for all types of repairs with associated costs. Once IAR option is approved by PSPC, tender package and NMS to be prepared by consultant. Project is tender ready this fiscal year.
