GOC372569-CS - Lease Req - C1 Retail Units Deficiencies

This project is to bring the retail units on C1 to the Schedule C standard. This will meet the requirement of the landlord portion of the commercial lease. The retail units floor level is to be 1\2" lower than the finish mall floor. In units C111, C112, C114, C115, C116, C117 the floor level is the main problem. In some units it is at the same level as the mall floor and this can cause a tripping hazard when the new retailers install their tile flooring. Other problems identified are hanging wires, lights not properly tied up, holes in the floor and walls, fire stop missing, uneven floor within the retail units.
