Retrofit washroom fixtures to reduce water consumption. Refer to Energy Audit for detailed scope and number of fixtures involved in retrofit.
Retrofitting washroom fixtures will produce significant reduction in water consumption and Greenhouse House Gas produced by the facility. Estimated amounts are contained in the Energy Audit and further review by the BGIS Energy Manager has confirmed the reduction and savings.
A copy of the energy audit information as it relates to this project will be provided to the successful consultant after award. Some information has been appended to this RFP for sake of clarity. Prior to IAR, a mockup will be necessary as outlined in the requirements document. REFER TO REQUIREMENTS DOCUMENT for additional information.
