Statement of Work/Overview:
GENERAL SCOPE:
Security Improvements to include recommended items 3, 5, 6 & 7 identified in TRA completed by BGIS in 2016-17. Improvements include window film at ground level, intrusion alarm on perimeter and roof access doors, natural gas pipe line protection and chain link fence along the south side with an electronically controlled gate.
The plans and specs should take into account the commissioninag requirements as identified in COMM 301 03 RP1 Commissioning Requirements and Scope of Work for Consultant which will be in effect during and after the following year construction phase.
Refer to the project's Requirements Document for further scope of services. The consultant shall provide services as described in the Scope of Work document for this project.
