Statement of Work/Overview:
Pedestrian Walkway the existing stone tiles to be removed and replaced in their entirety. The exterior garage stairwell existing stone tiles to be removed and replaced with a suitable elastomeric waterproofing membrane / traffic deck coating with encapsulated granular particles to provide slip-resistance At the top of the stairs, a topping will be installed prior to membrane application in order to match the adjacent grade. Top surface concrete repairs will be performed to the concrete landing, including replacement of the drain if necessary. A handrail at the stairwell will be installed. Replacement of the existing pedestrian door frame, sill and door slab at the base of the stairwell can also be performed at the discretion of the Crown.
