Description

Add VFDs to AHUs 1, 2, 3, (Delete 9 and 10 already completed) for both supply and return fans. Make necessary changes in equipment and controls to change from existing constant flow system to a variable flow system. ON the chilled water loop consider replacing some three way mixing valves with two way valves to improve chilled water flow in some areas of the building. Consider CO2 override on the fresh air dampers. Balance the chilled water loop.
Provide better controls so the building technician does not have to continuously manually adjust chilled water loop flow.
The Consultant will engage and carry all costs required to complete the design, tender, construction management phases, and close‐out, all of which is expected to include specialists from each of the following disciplines
