Statement of Work/Overview:
 
GENERAL SCOPE:
As per the Energy Audit conducted in Nov 2016 ECM #1. It is proposed to replace an existing electric humidifier with a natural gas humidifier. There are two electric humidifiers that provide low-pressure steam to the air handlers. One of them has 64 kW rating and high electricity consumption. It is proposed to replace this humidifier with natural gas.
The plans and specs should take into account the commissioninag requirements as identified in COMM 301 03 RP1 Commissioning Requirements and Scope of Work for Consultant which will be in effect during and after the following year construction phase.
Refer to the project's Requirements Document for further scope of services. The consultant shall provide services as described in the Scope of Work document for this project.

Clarification:
Question: What is the size of the building in square meters and # of stories? Are existing drawings
available, i.e. plumbing drawings?
Answer: The building is 3-storeys in height, 2 above ground with a full basement and a rooftop mechanical
penthouse. The building 'floor area' is identified (as per the TB DFRP site) as 3,319 m². Drawings are
available for all mechanical. I.e. plumbing.
ALL OTHER ITEMS, TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN THE SAME.
