Statement of Work/Overview:

GENERAL SCOPE:
Replace entire fire alarm system - This facility contains a Siemens MXL - 1Q, single stage multi zone fire panel which utilizes smoke and heat detectors as well as pull stations as initiating devices, and bells as signaling devices. A Siemens RCC-1 annunciator is located at the front main entrance vestibule of the facility. The system is remotely monitored by Cain Safety Fire Protection located in Timmins, Ontario.
Refer to the project's Requirements Document for further scope of services, including detailed requirements for Commissioning and Environmental aspects of the project. Design consultant is required to commission this project as per the attached COMM 301 03 Commissioning Requirements and Scope of Work for Consultant and the RFP.
