Description

Statement of Work/Overview:
Replace Simplex 4100, multi‐zone, single stage main control panel located in the fire alarm room at the main entrance to the facility to suit current system configuration. Evaluate the condition of any ancillary equipment such as heat detectors, smoke detectors, pull stations, bells and signal devices and replace as required. Verify the new installation.
Expensive emergency call‐out repairs. Parts may become obsolete and hard to purchase. identified in the 2010 BCR as requiring replacement based on age and condition in the next 6‐10 years
The Consultant will engage and carry all costs required to complete the design, tender, construction management phases, and close‐out, all of which is expected to include specialists from each of the following:
Electrical, Mech/Security as required
