Statement of Work/Overview:

GENERAL SCOPE (GOC754653):
Equip circulation pumps with Variable-Frequency Drives (VFDs) that will regulate the flow based on demand, rather than keeping a constant flow and relying on a three-way valve to regulate the temperature in the loop. The heating plant is already equipped with three-way valves and an outdoor air reset control, savings linked to this measure will be limited to electricity savings from reduced pump operation.
